And BTW I know just cutting the shifter stalk down would do absolutely nothing to make it a short shift setup it would only shorten the gear lever not shorten the throws. Just a little note so nobody out there things im stupid enough to believe chopping down a gear lever turns it into a short shift setup I would have to be the stupidest certified tech and shop manager ever if I really thought that lol

Haha I remember back in the day about 25 years ago just out of high school and I was a brand new licensed driver with my first car that my dad sold me for $1100 and I made it into another ghetto tuner car cuz fast and the furious was all the rage with my car buddies and although just to get that short shifter look I tried cutting down the shifter stalk to make it look shorter since they never made a short short shifter kit for that car and even if there was one on the market I could never afford it as s young broke kid but it was funny now that I look back and see myself trying to grind off my shifter stick with my dremel tool and hack saw to shorten it but the steel used to make the shifter stalk was like hardened like the steel used to make the pedals which I assume is for safety so I said screw it and put it all back together. I can't believe that now I'm a veteran in the auto industry and I'm general manager of a very big and busy repair shop and I'm certified ASE A1 thru A9 and C1 for high traffic service and repair shop. But the install for this truly is a hassle I think my method of chopping down the shifter stalk is much faster with the right tool to cut thru it

Just picked up my '24 Premium. Biggest gripe so far is the seats and headlights. Do you know if anyone is working on some power adjustable seat options? Not being able to raise the front portion of the seat that supports your thighs is horrible.

There’s no way the freaking bolts actually tighten down. Mine went maybe a quarter or half tight and won’t tighten all the way

I have an issue. I bought the precision works aos, and everything was basically the same until I got to the last hose. I have that breather hose from the top of the block to the turbo with no where to put it. I have one less hose outlet on the aos, should I remove the piece I capped on the bottom of the aos and run a hose from that to the turbo?

Is that 90 degree fitting on the breather hose on top of the block really needed? Felt like that made it more of a b****.

I'm surprised that there is a 2022 car cannot adjust AFR in real time.

Short throw shifter? Longer gears would be much better. I own a 2023 WRX. It has plenty of power for longer gears. My only complaint about my car.I call first gear the snow gear. 😊

I did this whole process in 2 minutes. Step 1: Use a bit of Highschool days 3D thinking, in terms of where to drill that hole into the back of your steering wheel. Step 2: Drill a hole into it, nice and easy, it's hollow. Step 3: Unscrew bezel Step 4: Remove it Step 5: Place new bezel Step 6: Screw it somewhat tight (Not too tight, screws, tightness and plastic not a good combination) Step 7 (Optional): Use a bit of tape, any color you want, since you'll never look at the back of your steering wheel ever again, and cover the tiny hole. just got a 24 wrx this past saturday. I plan on keeping it stock for a month or two lol

Did the install, but to make the car go straight, I have to hold the wheel at a slight angle. Am I one tooth of fon the spine, or did I move the clock spring while installing (not sure if that matters)

Hello, how to install on an older vehicle that doesn't have side mirror turn signals?

I didn't use the spacers, what does that mean?

Couple of things…my strut bolts were the opposite direction from the factory, so I put them back in the way they came out. A small question about the install of the end links. I see that both sides are adjustable. So what I did was try to extend the top and bottom evenly then hooking them up. I noticed I could “preload” the sway bar by twisting the end link. I put a small amount of “upward” preload on the sway bar with the end links then tightened them. Did I do the good job?
